Introduction
Our Staff are trained professionals with a wide ranging experience and knowledge of contraception. They fully understand your concerns and requirements and are able to provide you with advice on a number of contraceptive alternatives.
If you are uncertain at any time about aspects of either the methods of contraception available or the procedures involved, we are here to assist and answer any questions that you may have.
Our Staff will advise you of all the necessary requirements for your appointment.
If you cannot keep your appointment we ask you to please phone and cancel so that we may offer your booking to another patient.
Pap Smear
Before the insertion of an IUD it is important for the patient to have an up to date pap smear and high vaginal swabs.
Booking an appointment
We are open Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm to respond to any questions which you may have and to make bookings.
Our operating days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternate Saturdays (call to confirm).
A referral from your Doctor is not required but if you do have one, please bring it for your appointment.

On Arrival
Administration.
On arrival at the Clinic you will be required to complete the Administration Information forms giving your details.
Payment
Full payment is required on day of the procedure. You will also require your Medicare Card** at time of payment.
EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available; we can not accept cheques, Amex and Diners Club cards.
** Patients who are not permanent residents of Australia, holding temporary Medicare Cards, will have to pay the full amount in cash. An itemised receipt will be provided.
