GSDS Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you can't make your appointment please ring or email gsds a minimum of 24 hours prior, allowing us the opportunity to give that time to another patient.

You may cancel or reschedule the appointment at any time, up to this point, without penalty.

However, failure to show for an appointment, without advising us, will result in a cancellation fee being applied.

Please respect our time as much as we respect yours.

As a service, you will be notified by sms the day before to remind you of your appointment.

Please respond to this sms asap as final confirmation of your appointment. Doctors and staff are booked, and costs incurred, for your appointment.

Failure to respond to this sms and a "no show" for an appointment, without advising us, will be subject to a full cancellation fee.
