General Information

Introduction

Our Staff are trained professionals who are non-judgemental and fully sympathetic to your concerns and uncertainties.

If you are undecided at any time about the procedure, we are here to assist and support you in any way possible. Our Staff will advise you of all the necessary requirements for your appointment.

If you cannot keep your appointment we ask you to please phone and cancel so that we are able to offer the booking to another patient.

Booking an appointment

We are open Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm to respond to any questions which you may have and to make bookings.

Our operating days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Referral from your Doctor is not required but if you do have one, please bring it for your appointment.

On Arrival

Administration

On arrival at the Clinic you will be required to complete the Administration Information forms giving your details.

Payment

Full payment is required on day of Surgery; cost will vary depending on stage of pregnancy. You will also require your Medicare Card** at time of payment.

Information about concessions for Pension and Health Care card holders is available. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available; we can not accept cheques, Amex and Diners Club cards.

** Patients who are not permanent residents of Australia, holding temporary Medicare Cards, will have to pay the full amount in cash. An itemised receipt will be provided.

Identification

You will be required to produce legal identification before admission i.e. drivers licence, passport or birth certificate.
